RUBICON ENGINEERING has highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in design, construction, investor control and construction supervision.
There are 25 people working on a permanent employment contract and 83 qualified engineers are engaged in civil relations.

The company also has sufficient administrative staff to assist the experts to perform the high quality and timely consulting services.
Rubicon has seven offices – the main one, located in Varna and six more in the cities of Sofia, Ruse, Burgas, Republic of Bulgaria as well as offices in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia and Osijek, Republic of Croatia.

Dipl. Eng. Sevdalin Valnarov

was born on 12.01.1966 in the city of Ruse. He graduated from Mathematical High School in Ruse, then “Todor Kableshkov” University of Transport, specialty “Transport Construction”. From 1989 to 1996 he was an officer in the troops of the Ministry of Transport with a military rank captain. From 1999 to 2018 he was the owner and manager of Rubicon Engineering. Sevdalin Valnarov was a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Companies in Railway Construction from December 2016 to August 2019. Sevdalin Valnarov was main sponsor of the Danube Table Tennis Club, city of Ruse. He died on August 24, 2018 in an airplane accident.

Dipl. Eng. Plamena Valnarova

was born on September 2, 1978 in the city of Varna. In 2006 she graduated bachelor degree of “Economics of Construction” at the University of Economics, city of Varna. In 2008 she graduated from the University of Economics, Varna, specialty “Economics of Real Estate” with qualification Master of Economics. In 2014, she acquired a second bachelor’s degree – Engineer in forensic engineering at the Chernorizets Hrabar, Varna Free University. Since September 2018 she has been the owner and Executive Director of Rubicon Engineering AD, Manager of Belgrade Branch, Republic of Serbia and Skopje Branch, Republic of Macedonia.

was born on 30.07.1965 in the city of Vratsa. In 1989 he graduated from “Todor Kableshkov” University of Transport, specialty “Transport Construction”. Since November 2001 he has been in the position of Construction Supervision Engineer and since May 2015 he has been the manager of Rubicon Engineering Sofia Branch. Since January 2019 he has been the manager of Osijek branch, the Republic of Croatia.
